What is Leading for Influence & Impact?
Leading for Influence & Impact is for entrepreneurs and businesses interested in cultivating leadership skills and strategies for building resilient and high-performing teams in the creative industries. It is delivered in one full day session, focusing on self-awareness, leadership effectiveness and how to effectively collaborate with others to nurture a high-performing team.

Course Overview
Pre-Work:
- Insights Discovery eLearning (30 minutes): Participants complete the eLearning module to establish foundational knowledge of Insights Discovery and Colour Energies.
- Identify Gaps in your Network and / or Team: Consider what people, roles or relationships are missing in your network or team to help you realise your business outcomes. Have at least a vague idea of this coming to the workshop.
Insights Discovery is a practical and accessible tool that helps individuals deepen their self-awareness and understand their personal leadership style. Built around a simple four-colour model, it highlights individual strengths, blind spots and preferred ways of working. For entrepreneurs who are shaping their identity as leaders and considering the kind of team they need around them, Insights Discovery provides a common language for communication, collaboration and decision-making.
