The programme combines in‑person learning, structured follow‑up and on‑site one‑to‑one mentoring, ensuring that improvements are implemented in the workplace — not left on paper. What the Programme Involves 1. In‑Person Workshop Participants attend a full-day interactive workshop focused on: Understanding how work flows in the business Identifying where time, effort and resources are being lost Learning practical tools to improve processes in office and operational environments Building confidence to tackle recurring problems and inefficiencies The workshop blends short inputs, discussion, examples and hands‑on group exercises to ensure learning is practical and relevant. 2. Structured Follow‑Up (Between Sessions) Following the workshop, each business completes a short set of structured activities to: Establish a baseline of current performance Identify priority areas for improvement Highlight where errors, delays or wasted effort occur Clarify business targets and what success should look like This preparation ensures the on‑site mentoring time is focused on what matters most. 3. On‑Site Mentoring (Two Days per Business) Each participating business receives two dedicated on‑site mentoring days: Mentoring Day 1 Review the business in its real working environment Validate priorities identified during the follow‑up stage Agree a focused improvement plan with quick wins and longer‑term actions Establish a clear baseline to measure progress Mentoring Day 2 Review progress and support implementation Address challenges or stalled actions Compare results against the original baseline Agree sustainment actions and next steps The mentoring days are practical, collaborative and tailored to each business. 4. Final Participant Presentations The programme concludes with a final group session, held online or in person. Each business delivers a short presentation outlining: Improvements achieved Challenges encountered Key learnings What they will continue to build on after the programme This session supports reflection, shared learning and momentum across the cohort.
