Participants will build rock-solid financial foundations on budgeting, pricing, cashflow planning and projections with ready-to-use templates and resources, as well as learning how to apply for grants and e-tenders with confidence. It also features a clinic with a creative industries tax specialist to offer support on specific tax queries relevant to your industry. Suitable for anyone in the creative industries who want to strengthen their financial foundations and plan for sustainable growth.

Donncha is business advisor with significant experience with eTenders. He first published tenders on behalf of Limerick Institute of Technology 20 years ago & has helped businesses across multiple sectors to respond to & win tenders. He also provides a service to small business who need to be Contracting Authorities on eTenders to apply for Leader and Just Transition funding.

Sarah Ryan

PwC

Sarah Ryan is a Tax Manager with over 7 years at PwC, where she advises a diverse range of clients including multinational corporations, Irish PLCs, not-for-profit organisations, and public bodies on various tax issues. She is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute.

How to access and apply for eTenders and grants and prepare strong applications.  Topics covered include:  

  • Sourcing grants and tender opportunities
  • How to write compelling and compliant grant applications 
  • An Overview of Public Procurement in Ireland
  • Guidelines for Tendering 
  • Navigating eTenders website and submitting a tender response   

Course Fee

The course fee is €160.

This course is being offered to the SME at 20% of the market rate (the full programme is valued at €800) with the remaining 80% supported by Enterprise Ireland Smart Region scheme. In order to avail of this discounted rate, all applicants are asked to confirm that they have the appropriate De Minimis balance to accept the support.
