Pre-Work:
Consider what people, roles or relationships are missing in your network or team to help you realise your business outcomes. Have at least a vague idea of this coming to the workshop.
Insights Discovery is a practical and accessible tool that helps individuals deepen their self-awareness and understand their personal leadership style. Built around a simple four-colour model, it highlights individual strengths, blind spots and preferred ways of working. For entrepreneurs who are shaping their identity as leaders and considering the kind of team they need around them, Insights Discovery provides a common language for communication, collaboration and decision-making. By recognising their natural tendencies and appreciating the diverse styles of others, leaders can intentionally design teams with complementary skills and perspectives, ensuring stronger performance and a culture that enables innovation and growth.
